and now we're back in the #2 spot and headed to the BCS National Championship against Ohio St. on January 7th.



wow....

After an incredibly long day, and such a great season thus far...I can't believe it ended like this! We were National Championship bound, and now the road has been cut a little short. BUT, at least we've still got the SEC championship next week, and hopefully a good Bowl game after that. The season can still end on a high note!

There are more important things in life besides LSU football...I think. Other than that, I hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving holiday, and giving thanks to the Lord for His graciousness to us.

I have two tests Wednesday, so it would probably be wise to be studying, so I'm going to go do that now.

Sometimes in life we are required to be places, when we would much rather be somewhere else. As I'm sitting in symphonic band waiting on my piece to play…I'd much rather still be in Denham with the students I care about. It's been a long day…hanging out at very quiet DSHS…visiting families at the hospital…etc. But, the best thing ever?...2 Samuel 22. If you feel distressed amidst the loss, rest assure in the words of a Holy God. He is the only Rock.
